VEDGEco has shiften to a true wholesale model, where all our products are available by case. Wholesale sizes and prices are available to all, and Plus+ customers can log in to their accounts for even greater discounts!
Return and cancellation, Refund Policies
Cancellation will be subject to approval and fees. if products are cancelled due to non-availability or any other reasons, a full refund will be processed. Customers are welcome to return the products if products are defective, damaged, or delivered in bad conditions. Return Cases may take 3-5 days. Customers need to apply for Return request latest within 4 hours of delivery and any claim to exceed 4 hours will not be accepted.

Once you place an order, you will receive a call for a confirmation.
In case of non-availability of a product we will contact the customer, and request rescheduling based on expected date of product arrival.
Delivery Schedules
Since our product offerings are mainly specialty goods and imported products, we are able to deliver within 24-48 hours within Dubai & Sharjah.
Our standard delivery timings are 9am to 8pm Saturday to Thursday. We do not deliver on Fridays.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped frozen with dry ice and arrive within 2 to 7 days. Orders places Sunday - Wednesday will arrive within three days. Orders placed Thursday - Saturday will arrive the following week. We also have an option for expedited shipping at check out!
